I am excited to meet those of you who are new to OP and welcome back those who have been here before! This is my twenty-seventh-year teaching, all at Olivia Park. I teach General Music to all OP students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Discovery and Olivia Park fifth graders also have the opportunity to participate in Beginning Band or Beginning Orchestra. Whether General Music, Band, or Orchestra, we will have lots of adventures as we discover and explore many of the ways music impacts our lives.

In addition to teaching, I am a mom and a musician. I am also a student, building my ukulele skills and learning to play the mountain dulcimer. I enjoy reading, walking in the woods or near the ocean, and spending time with family and friends.
